In this phase we are analyzing where the brand / club currently stands in the market compared to others, for what they stand and where we want to go. Precise planning and goal setting are the key in this phase for long-term success.

Once the overall positioning is set, creative concepts will be developed based on the overall strategy. Creative concepts will take product drops into account as well as seasonal calendars with potential highlights such as European & World Championships and Olympic Games.

Creative concepts will be produced including location (scouting), hiring photographer, videographers, equipment rental, props creation, styling, hair & make up, creation of shot lists, run of shows, sample management.

We support also organizing the post-production from start to finish including treatment alignment, approval rounds and timelines.
