adidas x SUB-2 Documentary Sabastian Sawe
Commissioned by Die Zwei, Authentic Athletes led the production of an adidas documentary following marathon runner Sebastian Sawe in Kenya after the 2024 Berlin Marathon. Created in preparation for his next attempt on the world stage, the project documented Sawe's daily life, training environment and journey beyond race day. Working in a remote production environment with limited infrastructure required flexible planning, local coordination and seamless execution. Authentic Athletes managed the production from planning through on-location delivery, capturing an authentic story at the heart of elite distance running.
